These terms govern your use of our store. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Fabriqueliving is an independent French company based in Lyon, France. We design and sell our own products. All products listed on our store are sold directly by us. The Fabriqueliving name and logo are our own. Our company registration details, including SIRET and VAT numbers, are displayed in the footer of this website.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, we will refund any payment you have made in full.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping within mainland France is free. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Returns and refunds

5. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Let us know immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — product descriptions, images, text, and the Fabriqueliving name and logo — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Liability

We are responsible for delivering your order in good condition and for handling returns as described in our policies. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under French law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, you may contact us directly first. We will always try to resolve it. If that does not work, French consumer mediation services are available.
