We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All payments are processed in euros (EUR).
When you are charged
Your card or PayPal account is charged at the time you place your order. This allows us to begin preparing your parcel immediately. If an item turns out to be unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and issue a full refund for that item without delay.
Security
Payment data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. PayPal transactions are handled entirely within PayPal's system.
Currency and fees
All prices displayed on our store are in euros and include French VAT where applicable. We do not add any surcharge for using a particular payment method. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee if your account is not denominated in euros. That fee is set by your bank, not by us.
